There are plenty of ways to celebrate this Veterans Day around the Lowcountry.

CARTA celebrates Veterans Day by providing no-cost transportation for active duty military and veterans. Make sure you have proper identification.

Texas Roadhouse restaurant in North Charleston invites veterans and active members of the United States military to enjoy a free lunch.

Sticky Fingers offers Veterans and Military personnel including active, inactive or retired, a buy one entrée, get a second entrée free with their Facebook coupon. You must download the coupon offline.

O'Charleys and Applebee's offer free meals. Free dinner is available between 4 PM and 9 PM at Golden Corral.

Shoney's offers All-American Cheeseburgers to Veterans and Active Duty military.

Great Clips offers free hair cuts to veterans Monday. Non-military customers will get a coupon to give to a veteran for a later use .

Magnolia Plantation and Gardens offers free entry to veterans along with their spouse and dependents.

Glasspro provides free car washes on Tuesday, November 12 to veterans and current military personnel in Goose Creek.  

Patriots Point welcomes veterans and their families for a full day of events starting at 9:30 AM. The Veterans Day celebration will be streamed live and available for viewing on www.patriotspoint.org.

In Beaufort, the annual parade begins at 9:30AM. The Parade will be followed by a Veterans Day Ceremony in the Beaufort National Cemetery at 11 AM.

The City of North Charleston will host its annual Veterans Day tribute from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Park Circle. Prior to the ceremony, from 9:30 to 10:30, a story swap will be held in the Felix Davis Community Center Lunch for all of the event attendees will be provided immediately following the ceremony.
